BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking Requirements: To reserve a guided hunt, you must select your desired hunt experience through our Site and submit a booking request.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total hunt fee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No bookings are confirmed without receipt of the deposit.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of your hunt fee must be paid in full no later than thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled hunt departure date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Client Cancellations: If you cancel more than 61 days prior to your scheduled hunt, you may roll your deposit forward to a new date within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled hunt will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Company Cancellations: We may cancel or postpone hunts due to inclement weather, government orders, or other force majeure events. In such cases, our liability is limited to issuing a refund or credit, less non-refundable third-party expenses.
LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Acknowledgment of Risk: By booking and participating in a guided hunt with Diggin’ Life Outdoors, you acknowledge that hunting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability: You agree to execute our full GUIDED HUNT PURCHASE AGREEMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT prior to your hunt. Failure to sign the Agreement will result in cancellation of your hunt without refund.
WEBSITE USE

Content Ownership: All content on the Site, including images, videos, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Diggin' Life Outdoors and may not be reproduced without our express written consent.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to uploading malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the Site’s functionality.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
MODIFICATION TO TERMS
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Kentucky.
